Integrations with the bank core were complex and prone to errors; Homebanking operated with diverse and difficult technologies to maintain; and the Mobile ecosystem depended on a expensive and unleashed owner framework. Mobile migration A Open Source
We replace a proprietary framework with a more flexible and scalable Open Source solution. This migration covered all mobile apps for mass use in LATAM, reducing license costs and allowing continuous improvements through an active support and evolution community.
Regional Banking Middleware
We create an application that centralizes and transforms messages between multiple banking systems, integrating them efficiently with the Core (Mainframe). The new architecture, based on microservices in Java and deployed in the cloud, simplified the technological ecosystem and significantly improved operational efficiency.
Unified Homebanking Platform
We lead the development of a common platform that allowed to standardize homebanking in all countries where the bank operates. Thanks to the new framework, the development teams reduced implementation times, optimized costs and unified the user experience throughout the region.
