A company with years of experience in normative and legal services identified the need to evolve. I wanted to offer accounting studies a platform to centralize operations, improve internal management and facilitate access to critical fiscal information.
A company with years of experience in normative and legal services identified the need to evolve. I wanted to offer accounting studies a platform to centralize operations, improve internal management and facilitate access to critical fiscal information. The project had two clear objectives: develop an integral management tool (my study) and create an intuitive search engine of aliquots and taxes, both integrated into a single digital ecosystem.
The tool My study was consolidated as an operational core of the accounting studies that adopted it, improving the coordination of tasks and customer service.
The technical team of the project grew from 10 to more than 25 people ... covering functional, technical and architectural profiles.
The task resolution times and the capacity to access key information in real time were improved.
The incorporation of the aliquot search engine optimized the search for fiscal data and its visualization within a unified digital ecosystem.
Both solutions helped significantly transform the experience of accounting users, promoting efficiency and collaboration in daily work.
We collaborate in the development of two digital product solutions designed specifically for the needs of the accounting ecosystem:
• My study: a web application aimed at improving internal management and interaction with customers within accounting studies. This platform allows to manage tasks, relationships and services of the accounting study, integrating key functionalities such as the Errepar calendar and the Alicota search engine through IFRAMES.
• Aliquot searcher: A graphic and functional module that facilitates access to different tax rates, adaptable to custom user's personalized parameters. This search engine was integrated directly into my study, centralizing the experience and optimizing access to updated fiscal data.
