In addition, the existing technology was not able to accompany the company's expansion rhythm, becoming a strategic limitation for its operational efficiency and its ability to climb.
We design a comprehensive strategy that allowed to reduce costs, increase efficiency and accompany growth. A comprehensive strategy based on three fundamental pillars was defined:
Micro Applications Development: Scalable modules were built, which allowed a more agile and modular management of the system adapting to business growth.
Technical and organizational mentoring: a personalized accompaniment program was implemented that provided technical support and strengthened key skills in the teams involved.
Agile methodologies: Work frames such as Scrum and Kanban were incorporated to accelerate development cycles, facilitate adaptation to change and improve continuous value delivery.
Migration was performed from a Saas system to a custom digital product, ensuring a more modern, efficient and flexible environment. In addition, the structure of the systems area was optimized and communication between equipment was improved.
