Iskaypet is a leading group in the pet care sector in Europe, formed in 2020 through the merger of several important companies of the sector, such as Tiendanimal, Kiwoko, Kivet Clinics and Clinicanimal. This group offers a wide range of products and services for animals company, including physical and online stores, veterinary hairdressers and clinics.

The challenge

A leading company in the pet care sector in Europe did not have a standard process that guaranteed continuous deliveries of high quality products. The diversity of methodologies used and the lack of standardization hindered equipment efficiency. Nor, there was a culture of quality or a clear vision of the value of applying good practices, which hindered the development of effective products.

Specific challenges in quality and evidence were also detected: excessive dedication to the writing of test cases, errors without proper monitoring and poorly configured test environments. From the methodological point of view, the lack of continuous value of value, absence of standardization in user stories, inaccurate estimates and lack of metrics to evaluate performance was identified.

The solution

A strategy in four phases was designed, with knowledge capsules and specific training to address each finding progressively:
